{"id":4145,"date":"2024-09-12T14:00:13","date_gmt":"2024-09-12T13:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.norfolkhouseschool.co.uk\/nhn3\/?p=4145"},"modified":"2024-09-12T16:08:08","modified_gmt":"2024-09-12T15:08:08","slug":"forest-school-blog-and-minibeast-hunt-activity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.norfolkhouseschool.co.uk\/nhn3\/forest-school-blog-and-minibeast-hunt-activity\/","title":{"rendered":"Forest School Blog and Dinosaur Egg Activity"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hello Parents &amp; Carers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome back to the Forest School Blog\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This week we ran sessions for Preschoolers at Oxford Road and Toddlers at Norfolk road; we\u2019re hoping to start sessions at Harborne Road next Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we approach the autumn months, please remember to bring <strong>spare clothes<\/strong> for your little one\/s (especially on Forest School days),<strong> wellies and wetsuits<\/strong>, to ensure that your child can make the most of waterplay and wet weather!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The children have been interested in exploring bugs, dinosaurs, numbers and transport this week. We had plenty of fun: mark making, water play, messy crafting, storytelling, making dinosaur eggs and even smashing rocks!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The dinosaur egg activity was a big hit with our preschoolers and very simple to do.
