As well as being a source of enjoyment and fun, it helps to improve a range of cognitive abilities such as language, memory and spatial reasoning, and promotes social skills and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Children may join the Junior Choir in Years 1 and 2, and the Senior Choir in Years 3 to 6. Our Choirs regularly perform at public venues such as churches, retirement homes and concert halls.<\/p>\n<p>The school also has its own orchestra which performs publicly, its members being drawn from Years 3 to 6.<\/p>\n<p>Private instrumental tuition is available from Year 1, delivered by visiting professional tutors.
