The Choir performed a number of songs from our Spring Concert earlier in the year as well as some additional popular songs.<\/p>\n<p>A number of our pupils brought along their instruments and music to perform solos to the residents. Each solo was performed confidently and enthusiastically and a number of residents clapped along or joined in singing to recognisable melodies such as \u2018Amazing Grace\u2019 and \u2018Drunken Sailor\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>To finish with the Choir performed a selection of songs from the Wizard of Oz Musical, which we will be performing as a school on Speech Day. The residents thoroughly enjoyed these and particularly \u2018Somewhere Over the Rainbow\u2019, which they sang along to. The comments passed on from the residents were wonderful and the children represented the school beautifully.
