I have a degree in Early Childhood Education Studies and I have been qualified for 7 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I started my journey as a Nursery Nurse and I really enjoyed getting to know the families and the children. I then progressed to becoming Babies 2 Room Leader which allowed me to work with the Management Team and to work with my team in a different way. I then progressed to becoming Deputy Manager and soon after Acting Nursery Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have loved working at 28 Harborne Road and will miss everyone dearly, especially the children.
