In this rewarding role, you will be working with children under two and across all ages. You’ll help deliver high-quality care and education, supporting every child to reach their full potential.

A Level 3 Childcare qualification is required along with a minimum of one year’s Nursery or Childcare experience.

Nursery Cook

Full Time | Up to £14.24 per hour

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Cook to join our new Nursery in Edgbaston.

This is a key role at the heart of our setting, where you’ll be responsible for creating healthy, balanced, and delicious meals that support children’s growth and wellbeing. You’ll take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, while ensuring every meal meets nutritional guidelines and caters to individual dietary needs, including allergies.

What you’ll be doing:

Planning and preparing nutritious meals and snacks
Managing the kitchen to ensure excellent hygiene and safety standards
Catering for a range of dietary requirements and allergies
Creating a positive and caring mealtime experience for children

What we’re looking for:

At least two years’ proven catering experience
A good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
A reliable, organised, and positive approach
