Meet the Senior Nursery Manager

Hayley Fox

I am Hayley Fox, the Senior Nursery Manager. I oversee our three nurseries, sharing my time between them and working closely with the Nursery Managers who are responsible for their day-to-day operation. We have found that this arrangement further enhances the level of service we are able to provide and keeps us at the very forefront of Early Years education.

I have spent the whole of my working life in Early Years education and am well into my third decade of experience. I started work at our Norfolk Road setting in April 2009, some five months before it opened its doors. I have therefore been able to recruit staff, plan and implement policies, and develop best practice in all areas from the Nursery’s very inception. My own daughter attended the Nursery and progressed through every age group, which has enabled me to view it from a parent’s perspective.
