Norfolk House is run in a very open but structured manner which gives me the parent a great deal of confidence in leaving my child here. The staff appear to have a genuine concern for the children, and such my son warmed to them almost instantly which is a rarity.

The nursery provides outstanding care; they offer a varied range of activities and encourage all children to participate. Food provided is always varied with all dietary requirements catered for. They are nutritious meals made by a loyal cook. My daughter is encouraged to believe she can achieve anything.

Children at Norfolk House Nursery always seem happy, contented and stimulated. My daughter has thrived in this caring and supportive nursery.

My son loves being here. The environment is beautiful, calming and appropriate. We especially love the garden. The staff at NHN are superb, we could not ask for greater care and attention for our son! Very attentive, they recognise childrens and parents needs and most importantly feel we can express our opinions. Children are in the best care. Overall really pleased with all aspects of nursery.

From top down the staff are welcoming and care about the children as individuals. The manager is always available if I have any questions and queries are dealt with swiftly. The nursery building is lovely, providing a light and airy environment with a fabulous garden. My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and I can see his progress. It is hard to believe the nursery has only been open two years-in that time I have seen it flourish.

I cannot think of a better place for my son to get the best start in life. He is always happy and doesn’t have any tears when I leave him. This is all because of the hard work and dedication of the nursery staff and manager. Everyone is motivated, loving, caring and accommodating. I can walk into the manager’s office and always be greeted with a smile and made welcome. What else could you want!

My daughter loves nursery! From day one I have had the absolute confidence that she is getting the best care and attention she deserves. Every nursery nurse takes time to get to know the needs of each baby. Activities and facilities are wonderful and the curriculum is mindful to all the ages of the children. Diets and menus are carefully thought out.

Fantastic personal care for the children. Lovely grounds for outside play and clean new equipment inside. Great range of learning and fun activities along with extras for further development.

He has enjoyed the last 3 years at Norfolk House and he has related really well to all his key workers. Thank you for all that you and the team have done for him
