We’re excited to be opening a brand-new nursery in Edgbaston and are looking for experienced, passionate Room Leaders to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. As a Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education, while supporting and working closely with the management team.

You’ll be a caring, creative, and reflective leader who brings fresh ideas and a commitment to continuously improving practice. Your ability to inspire your team and create a nurturing, engaging environment will help every child thrive.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and managing the daily operations of your room
• Delivering high-quality care and early years education
• Supporting and mentoring team members
• Working in partnership with management to drive continuous improvement
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

Our premsies are lovingly restored and beautifully landscaped making each setting them a wonderful place in which to to work.

We occupy two settings in Edgbaston, which were rated ‘Oustanding’ at their last inspections in 2022, and a setting in Moseley which opened in May 2022. At the heart of our philosophy is the child as an individual, possessed of a unique blend of talents, interests and needs.
