The children in Transition have been sharing the story ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’. We talked about the story characters and described the story setting. The children then worked independently to sequence story pictures. We created tiger masks in art, and have been retelling the story in the home corner. As part of our Maths lessons, we set the table for the tiger in the story, remembering to count three chairs, three plates and three cookies for Sophie, her Mummy and the tiger!
