Four year 6 pupils took part in the Wrekin College Maths Challenge on Friday 14th September. They competed against 50 other schools from across the Midlands. After a filling lunch, the mathematicians took part in three rounds of problem solving that involved teamwork and quick mental recall. Our school team did extremely well, gaining 5th and 6th place out of 90 teams, whilst on aggregate won the overall event. An excellent result!
